Who we are

AHS for Auditing and Consulting is a Yemeni firm established in December 2018 and officially registered with the Ministry of Industry and Trade with License No. 1295 in January 2019, AHS is providing services with high quality and efficiency in accordance with the latest professional standards for various activities of the private and public sectors, which include but are not limited to (trade, industry and investment companies, financial institutions and corporations, Insurance, Real Estate Companies, Non-Governmental Organizations, Medical and Educational institutions and facilities, Support & Logistics companies, Mining & Energy Companies, Agricultural Companies, Industry & Production of Poultry and Fisheries), through a qualified technical staff with distinct experience in the educational and financial professional level and long experience in various industries.

Abdo Hassan Al-Sudaei

Mr. Abdo Hassan Al-Sudaie, "Yemeni Certified Public Accountant", who was a former member of the Board of Directors of the Yemeni Association of Certified Public Accountants, who has practical experience in the field of accounting and auditing profession that exceeds 15 years. Mr. Al-Sudaie has several professional certificates, the most important of them are (Yemeni chartered accountant license, Gulf fellowship license issued by the Accounting and Auditing Organization of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries), as well as a certified trainer at the Institute of Accountants and Auditors of the Yemeni Association of Certified Public Accountants, and has attended a number of specialized professional courses.

Financial Management field

- (March 15, 2014 up to November 2016 ) I worked as financial and administrative manager, AL-Amal Foundation for training and entrepreneurship, ( non-governmental organization funded by The US-Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI), and the Arab Gulf Program for Development (AGFUND), a group Buqshan and Bank Al-Amal Microfinance.
- (June 1,2017 up to Now ) I working at The National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response (NFDHR) as Finance Officer ( non-governmental organization funded by some donors such as (UNICEF, OCHA, WFP, Oxfam,ZOA)

- (oct. 2007 – Aug 2010) KPMG Mejanni, Hazem Hassan & Co Public Accountants SANA’A Republic of Yemen, Auditing Dept.
- (March . 2010 – November 2013 ) I worked as a Deputy Audit Manegar auditor in Crow Horwth AHFAD Member shipe in Crow Horwth international .
- ( November 2013, up to March 15,2014) I worked as supervisor in Ernst & Young ( MTH) audit company.
